Lindvest Wins Big At The BILD Awards

We are pleased to announce that our unique sales pavilion for Aurora Glen won Sales Centre of the Year at the 35th Annual BILD Awards on Friday, April 24th. We were thrilled!

The sales office for Aurora Glen was the first implementation of a new concept for Lindvest: to create a recognizable retail store for their future developments. With extensive use of glass, white boxed cladding and a flat cantilevered roof, the exterior styling was influenced by mid-century modern architecture -- clean lines, modern shapes, contemporary design -- while the interior was an open concept design that incorporated useful technology.

All together the sales centre helped us sell out the first phase of Aurora Glen in two weeks and the second phase in just 4 days!
